​We would like to congratulate our very own Mrs. Addie Scipio Hagans on achieving a significant milestone of 75 years of service to Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Mrs. Hagans attended North Carolina Central University from 1947-1951, and on February 19, 1949, she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Alpha Chi Chapter. Upon graduation, she relocated to Wilson, NC and became a member of the Gamma Beta Omega chapter. She devoted herself to a career in education for more than four decades and touched the lives of countless individuals inspiring them to reach their full potential. Her selfless service, dedication, and leadership have had a profound impact on the community at large.
